ECETC is located at 2508 West Landing Rd. just outside the Pungo Borough of Virginia Beach, Virginia off West Neck Rd, between Indian River Rd and Princess Anne Rd.

 From Interstate 64 Take exit #286B (Indian River Rd) Continue on Indian River Rd for 10.8 mi **Indian River Rd will fork off to right after crossing Kempsville Rd. It will then bend to right and soon reduce to a two lane road. It will then bend sharply around to the left, coming to a stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign to continue on Indian River Rd. Right on West Neck Rd (flashing light) for 1.6 mi
Take 1st right at small fork in road
to West Landing Down the road on the right to the white fencing and between the ECETC and ECSH signs!

From Interstate 95 From South of Virginia Take 95 North Take Exit #11 (Emporia) to Route 58 East Route 58 will turn into Route 17 Take Interstate 64 to Virginia Beach Follow direction from Interstate 64
From North of Richmond Take 95 south to 295 East Follow 295 around Richmond, VA Take exit #28 to 64 East (for approx 80 miles) Follow directions from Interstate 64.

Through toll plaza, stay on Rte 13 South on Independence Blvd (SR-225) for 4.7 mi After passing under I-264 overpass Bear off to right onto South Independence Rd (SR-410) for 3.9 mi Left on Princess Anne Rd (SR-165) for approx 4.5 mi
