Equestrian Training Center, Inc.
(ECETC) is a full service facility. It provides some of
the best training and boarding in Virginia for beginner and
seasoned equestrians. The
facility
sits on almost 100 acres of land with one of the largest
(270'x130') attached indoor arenas in Southeastern Virginia!
Just about everything you
could ever hope for in one equestrian facility is here!
Boarding, training, lessons, horse camp, breeding, sales, horse
shows, events, clinics; it's all here!
ECETC provides some
of the best and finest full board care in Virginia.
Boarding at ECETC is
where you can get personal quality care for your horse with
no hidden fees! Our boarding plans are very competitive and
affordable. We offer full, pasture and co-op boarding.
You can't get all this at these rates!
The
attached indoor arena keeps the inclement weather away!
Removable panels allow for a great cross breeze during the
summer and stops the chilly air during the winter.
The staff and
boarders make for a pleasant experience and lots of fun for
the new boarders and riders.
We
have some great, friendly boarders who can be very
comforting and helpful to the new horse owner and lots of
fun for the seasoned horse owner. Some boarders lease
their horses. Each year we have annual parties for our
boarders, which are lots of fun!
ECETC
provides all levels of training and riding lessons for those who want to
learn to ride and for the horse and/or owner as well as
the ECETC boarders.
Whether you or your horse are beginners or seasoned riders, ECETC is the
place for equestrian lessons! Training is done with a gentle hand
and
positive methods for eventing, hunter, jumper and dressage disciplines.
Riding lessons are available to those
in various stages of riding, from the very beginner, to intermediate to
advance. Our students are as young as 6 through teens and adults.
Lessons are also available to boarders and their horses as well as those
leasing horses at ECETC or anyone bringing their horse to ECETC! You
do not need to own a horse to take lessons at ECETC.
Lessons can be purchased
individually or in packages of 4, 8, 16 and in family packages. They can
be private or in groups.
Horse Training is dependent on the owner's goals and desires. It
can begin with yearlings, or smoothing out trouble areas or be refresher
to get the "kinks" out. In time, they further their training which
can include various levels of eventing, hunter, jumper, and dressage.
Many attend shows held at ECETC and away, bringing home ribbons for all
their hard work.

Our camp is for adults
and kids with lots of fun and equestrian learning for
youngsters, teens and adults!
The ECETC Horse Camp is
held for horse lovers of all ages throughout the year!
We have a variety of levels of camp dependent on your riding
skills.
Camp is held during
school breaks, spring break and during the summer. You
will learn all about horses, their care and of course
riding!
Our campers come to
us at various stages of riding and the camp can improve
those skills for the next level of camp. It makes for
a great day of horse fun!
ECETC is proud to provide facilities for many equestrian
events and shows. These events include shows, clinics, seminars,
symposiums, and soon inspections.
Events held at ECETC have included
clinicians such as Pat Parelli, Kenny Harlow, and Gavin
Moylan.
We have also enjoyed having the American Shetland Sheepdog
National Trials, Animal Whisperers, Atlantic Saddle Club Shows and ECHSA
Year-End Awards Celebration.

Coast Sport Horses, LLC (ECSH) has Dutch Warmblood Sport
Horses for sale,
ranging in age from weanlings to teens and in various stages
of training. This page will show you the horses that
are for sale and you can learn more about them, their
achievements and heritage. You can bring up each one
of them separately to make comparisons much easier.
Lineage includes Olympian, high jumpers and imported
heritages!

East Coast Equestrian Training Center (ECETC)
also has quality horses and ponies for sale.
Some of which are on consignment. Once back at ECETC,
they are tended to, which can include being vetted, shod and
cared for. Their training is polished and many are
shown before being placed for sale.
