	Any event held on the grounds or in the facilities must be arranged in advance through ECETC to avoid scheduling conflicts.
	Depending on the event, additional required equipment, or personnel may be an additional fee.
	Stalls may be arranged for presenter's horses and must be in advance.
	Trailer and vehicle parking is available.
	A non-refundable deposit is subject to the size and type of event.
	Failure to complete the "Request for Event" form may result in disapproval.
	Requests for Virginia Beach EMS standby may be arranged directly through the City of Virginia Beach.
	ECETC's facilities will soon be secured, behind an electronic gate, however, if you would prefer to have additional security officers, that may be arranged.  If you prefer to have your own security, ECETC reserves the right to confirm their experience.
	ECETC enjoys sharing events with the public, photos of the event may be posted on this site, please advise if you would prefer not to have this done.
	Advertisement of events must be pre-approved by Sharon L. Golesh.
	Use of ECETC and/or ECSH logo's must be pre-approved by Sharon L. Golesh.
	ECETC and Sharon L. Golesh reserves the right to refuse any request.
	ECETC reserves the right to remove any persons seen creating a disturbance or harming any animal or persons on the grounds
	As the events are being scheduled, they will be posted on this page along with dates, time, contact person and event type.
	Links will be provided for prize lists, flyers, and related information for a given event that have been submitted and approved.
	Accommodations for more than one event on a given day may be arranged, depending on size of event.
	During events and to ensure the safety of our horses, boarders, and guests, please ask an ECETC staff member for an escort through the facilities.  Some events may circumvent access to some sections or all of the facilities.  See the Contact page for more information about tours.
