ECETC reserves the right to refuse sales.
Delivery may be provided at an agreed upon cost though the sales contract.
ECETC will sell other's horses and/or ponies on consignment and reserves the right to refuse a consignment.

ECETC accepts the following for payments
Checks (personal and cashier)
See appropriate contract for purchase, leasing and boarding payments.
There is a $40 service fee for all returned checks regardless of reason.
Please read your contracts thoroughly. Failure to comply with arranged payments may result in legal action and/or confiscation of horse/pony and/or property at ECETC as per VA Code §43-32.
ECETC does maintain a waiting list for boarding when stalls are unavailable. Prices for boarding are subject to change at the end of the contractual time. Should there be any training requested while boarding, those fees may be added to the monthly board fee. Please see the "Training Page" or the Training Contract for further information.
ECETC allows for long and short term leasing of horses. Horses at ECETC are privately owned; however, owners reserve the right to refuse a lease. ECETC reserves the right to match up rider and horse.
ECETC provides training for Event, Hunter, Jumper and Dressage horses and ponies at various levels of training, which can include unstarted, green and made.
Private and group lessons are available for the beginner, novice and advanced Eventer, Hunter, Jumper and Dressage disciplines. This is subject to trainer availability.
Lessons are provided on your horse or an ECETC horse.
ECETC reserves the right to match horse and rider.
Rates are subject to change at the end of the contractual time or level of training. Lesson packages must used within one year. Any unused lessons are non-refundable
ECETC facilities hold many symposiums, clinics, and ECHSA shows. You may find a list of them and links to show prize lists on the Events page.
ECETC facilities may be rented. Trailer parking is available. Please call for scheduling.
Any event held on the grounds or in the facilities must be arranged in advance through ECETC to avoid scheduling conflicts. A non-refundable deposit is subject to the size and type of event. Information regarding the event will be posted on this site as it comes available, such as prize list, clinic schedules, etc.
ECETC reserves the right to refuse any request for facility rental.
The staff is a fine, dedicated group of great horse people. Most have an extensive background in horses and have shown alongside Sharon and other ECETC boarders.
ECETC employs full-time help and "working students".
There is no housing for staff at this time.
All employees must complete a background check prior to employment.
Employees whose job duties require driving ECETC vehicles are required to submit a driving record.
It is suggested that all employees provide their own health insurance.
ECETC is NOT responsible for any injuries that occur on the premises.

In addition to ECETC and boarders' horses, there are also many other animals on the premises. ECETC enjoys sharing the peaceful tranquility of the facilities; therefore, ECETC does not tolerate the harassment or abuse of any animal, domesticated or wild, while on the premises.
ECETC reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises causing any mistreatment of any animal or disturbance of the peace of others.
No outside dogs are permitted on the premises.
Disruption of the peace of clients (sales, boarders, event participants and staff) may result in the removal of same.
ECETC is a drug free environment.
While our webmasters are very good, errors are always found. The ECETC webmasters welcome your comments, suggestions
and constructive criticisms. Requests for links and photo submissions are approved through ECETC prior to appearance. Anyone under the age of 18 must provide signed permission from parent or legal guardian before photos are placed on this website. Contact webmaster for more information. Horses and/or ponies placed on consignment through ECSH will be placed on the ECSH website only after all information on the Consignment Contract has been received by the webmasters.
